This really neat piece is a vintage three-dimensional wall art made by Turner Wall Accessories, depicting a rustic interior scene with a rocking chair and grandfather clock. It is a form of vacuform from the mid-20th century.
As you will see in the pictures, this piece has quite a bit of wear. There is wear around the whole frame and a small scratch, noted in the picture.
