J&G Meakin Classic Block Optic white ironstone sugar bowl with lid

J & G Meakin classic block optic white ironstone sugar bowl with lid, circa 1890 in Hanley, England. This piece features a distinct octagonal body (square-paneled) design. It measures 6.75” x 4”. There are a couple hairline cracks and a little staining. There are no chips or crazing. The lid does have some staining and wear on the bottom edge.
