Vintage Cake breaker

This is a vintage cake breaker, often used for delicate cakes like angel food, featuring a green Bakelite handle.  Bakelite was a durable plastic common in mid-century kitchen tools. The metal tines are designed to separate cake rather than crush it. These were often produced in the mid-century era. It measures 10.5” tall x 3.75” wide.
