This is a J & G Meakin Classic Block Optic white ironstone teapot, circa 1890 in Hanley, England. This piece features a distinct octagonal body (square-paneled) design. The measurements are 9.25” x 4”. There are no chips or crazing. There is one small hairline you can see in the photo. Inside is very clean. The lid does have some wear around the bottom edge.
Perfect addition to any ironstone collection!
