This is a vintage Edlund Co. rotary hand egg beater with a manual crank wheel and a wooden handle. It was made by Edlund Company based in Burlington, VT. It features a durable stainless steel framework with natural wooden handles, the top stabilizing handle and the spinning crank knob. The Edlund Company produced a variety of iconic kitchen tools from the 1930's -1950's.
