This is a vintage ceramic tea bag/sugar packet dispenser with a beautiful blue and white glazed finish and a lovely floral pattern and a matching lid. I believe this is from the 1970's. It measures 6" x 3". There are no chips or cracks! The one disclaimer is a small stain on the inside at the bottom piece, please see photo.
